All products are digital and no physical product will be delivered.

Please always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account or proceeding to payment.
Ensure that your store username and password are stored securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party. Please DO NOT share your account with anyone else.
As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately.
PRIVACY
Arda Designs takes your privacy seriously and any information collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order.
This information will remain with Arda Designs and will not be sold or passed along to other parties.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS
We reserve the right to alter product pricing for sales and special offers without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept payment from Stripe and PayPal.
DELIVERY
All downloads are instant.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Where any Downloads are found to be defective we will offer a replacement item or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be given where we are able to replicate the order or the issue stems from the user or their equipment.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within two working days.
TERMS OF USE FOR DOWNLOAD ITEMS (Non-commercial use)
With the exception of Designer Resources, all other products are licensed for individual use only. Commercial use resources are clearly marked in the product title and information. Commercial use terms and conditions are listed below.
The products are designed to be printed out and then used in personal craft projects and for personal use. E.g. a particular card kit would be printed by the customer and then cut and assembled by the customer. These end products would then be used personally by the customer, in the form of sending a card to another person, giving a gift to another person or using the product for themselves.
Small business Angel Use License
The finished non-digital products that you have personally handmade using these downloads may also be offered for sale directly to a customer. This Angel Use License is included with all downloads. You can sell up to 500 items of any one design per year.
You may not offer our downloads, (unless they are marked as commercial use) as a digital product or a print/hire service in any form. This includes but is not limited to; decoupage sheets, die cuts, dies, digitised embroidery files, digital downloads, kits, logos, machine cut pieces, layouts, pages, paper pieces, patterns, printables, templates, tubes, stencils, stickers, rubber stamps, sig tags, e-stationery, auction templates or websites.
You may not redistribute our download products either in part or full or make them available for download or copy, give, lend, share or resell them in any form whatsoever. You may make a backup copy of the products you have purchased for your own personal security.
These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and Arda Designs. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without giving notice to you.
TERMS OF USE FOR COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS
If you purchase any commercial use item on the site, the purchase automatically includes a Commercial Use license. Products can be used to create unlimited projects and/or products (both physical & digital) for personal and commercial use. The description in this license covers most scenarios. However, it can happen that a scenario is not covered. In case you are unclear if the product can be used for your intended use, you agree to contact us at su*@**********ns.store before you start using the product. This license may be updated over time with more use cases. In case these use cases don’t actually change the permitted use of the items and is for clarification purposes only, you will not be notified.
You are allowed to create digital end products that you sell. In all cases, the product that you create must have distinctive new features that will create an entirely new product that won’t compete with the original product. Combining multiple downloads into 1 product is not enough. E.g. If you download flowers to create a floral wedding template, you can sell that flattened template. If you download a flower and create a card with just that flower without making significant modifications to the original product, this is prohibited. Digital End Products need to be flattened at all times, disabling customers/users from extracting the original design. E.g. using a flower to create a floral wedding template is allowed, as long as the user cannot extract the original flower image from the file you create.
Products can be used for Print on Demand (POD). POD will require alteration, as described above, to products so it does not compete with the original product.
This license is valid perpetually and worldwide
Credits must be put on all projects stating that the graphics used were purchased from www.arda-designs.store in a legible font and a clickable link must be in the description area (if possible) of any item using our graphics.
You are not allowed to resell, share, re-distribute or otherwise transfer products, or elements of a product, to 3rd parties (e.g. clients, partners, customers).
Graphics and patterns cannot be used as a library inside another tool, platform or application. For example, if you are developing a tool that allows users to create mails (e.g. Mailchimp), you cannot embed the products that you downloaded as a resource for these templates, e.g. letting users picking their own mail background.
This license gives you non-exclusive rights. Other users can download and use the products as well, so you cannot claim sole ownership.
